    Online Temperature Monitoring Solutions for Switch Cabinet

    I. 背景

    使用開(kāi)關(guān)柜時(shí),人們都非常注重電力測(cè)溫。開(kāi)關(guān)柜溫度過(guò)高主要由以下原因造成:

    1. 運(yùn)輸和工人安裝不佳等原因引起觸頭接觸不佳,接觸電阻變大就會(huì)出現(xiàn)觸頭溫度升高,進(jìn)而可能燒毀停電。

    2. 長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行過(guò)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)表面氧化以及接頭松動(dòng)和老化的現(xiàn)象,這也是造成設(shè)備過(guò)熱甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重事故的主要原因之一。

    這些原因不可避免,由此開(kāi)關(guān)柜溫度監(jiān)測(cè)非常重要。但是開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)空間狹小,傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)溫方式不能夠滿足需求,因?yàn)槿斯ぱ矙z監(jiān)測(cè)不了。安科瑞無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)成功解決這一問(wèn)題,因?yàn)樗菍囟葌鞲衅髦苯庸潭ㄔ谝装l(fā)熱的部位上,然后通過(guò)無(wú)線傳輸?shù)姆绞綄?shù)據(jù)傳送到后臺(tái),并能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)溫報(bào)警的作用。

    I.Background

    When using switch cabinets, people pay much attention to electrical temperature measurement. The switch cabinet temperature is too high mainly caused by the following reasons:

    1)Reasons such as poor transportation and installation by workers will cause poor contact of the contacts. The increase in contact resistance will cause the temperature of the contacts to rise, which may burn out and power out.

    2)Surface oxidation, loosening and aging of joints will occur during long-term operation, which is also one of the main reasons for equipment overheating and even serious accidents.

    These reasons are inevitable, so the temperature monitoring of the switch cabinet is very important. However, the space in the switchgear is small, and the traditional temperature measurement method cannot meet the demand because the manual inspection cannot be performed.Acrelwireless temperature measurement system successfully solves this problem because it directly fixes the temperature sensor on the heat-prone parts, and then transmits the data to theserverthrough wireless transmission, and can realize the function of over-temperature alarm.
